At Tropical Vines, we value and care for your products and take abundant measures to deliver your products at your doorstep in impeccable quality. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that the products are shipped and delivered to you in an intact condition. The products are shipped in a secure eSafe package to do all we can at our end to ensure that the plant bears the rigours of transit. We have partnered with third-party delivery/ courier services to help us deliver the products to you. We have also worked closely with our delivery partners and have sensitized them of the delicate nature of the products and consequent extra precaution and care to be taken while delivering the products.

• A consolidated shipping fee towards the delivery of the products may be charged to you, on per order basis.
• Shipping fees may be different for different products, basis the nature, weight and volume of the products ordered by you.
• The shipping fees shall be clearly and specifically mentioned on Tropical Vines website and informed to you at the time of placing the order.
• You shall be responsible for the payment of the shipping fees, and the same shall be non-refundable.

Given the varied nature of the products available on the Tropical Vines website, the time taken for delivery may be different for different products. We shall inform you of the tentative time of delivery of the product on the product-specific page on the Tropical Vines website. We will also keep you informed about the status of your shipment/ delivery, on a time-to-time basis, through our executives. We shall inform you when the product is ready to be dispatched and shall share a tentative date of delivery at your address. Once the product is shipped through our delivery partner, we shall share the tracking/ airwaybill number with you which could be used to track the shipment on the website of the delivery partner.

We shall deliver the products at the address provided by you at the time of placing the order. Changes in the address for delivery may not be possible post confirmation of the order by us.

We try our best to ensure that the products reach you in the best condition and within the timeline of delivery. However, in rarest cases, there may be a delay in delivery or loss/ damage to products for reasons not attributable to us. We shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including a shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failure, defaults attributable to the shipping or courier company or acts of God.

Typically, we do not accept orders for deliveries outside the territory of India. However, a request may be put in through email or phone call to understand if a delivery outside India could be attempted by us.

Cancellations

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6 hours of placing an order.
• Tropical Vines has the right to cancel the order if product is out of stock or unavailable.
• Refunds for the canceled orders will be done as per our refund policy.

Replacement: 
You acknowledge that you understand the plant type that you are purchasing as posted on each product page at the Tropical Vines.in website. We are very careful to label varieties true to name, and we will replace the product or provide a refund for it only if we have sent the incorrect plant. All sales are final and we do not accept any return or exchange requests on the products sold on Tropical Vines website. However, if you have received a different plant from the one you had ordered, we may offer a replacement or refund of the product, subject to confirmation of the alleged defect in the product and availability of the product in stock.

In the unlikely event of delivery of a different or damaged product, you may get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery, upon which we may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a replacement or a refund. We will ask for a picture of the item received including the packing slip along with any other necessary details, post which we will reship the product or issue a refund subject to our discretion.

You are required to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Any request after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

All refund and replacement recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

Exchange:
 All sales made on Tropical Vines.in website are final. No products sold are eligible for exchange. By purchasing a product on Tropical Vines.in you agree that all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds: 
Typically, we do not offer refunds on products purchased on our website. However, in certain situations, we will issue a refund to you on the below terms and conditions.

Upon Cancellation of the Order

Please note that you must contact us as soon as possible for any cancellation request. Once the order is placed, you may cancel the order for any reason, within 12 hours of placing the order, subject to the condition that for a product which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, cancellation of such an order cannot be accepted.

In case of cancellation of the order, we will provide you a credit coupon equivalent to the value of the order originally placed.

Upon non-availability of the Product

In rare circumstances, it may happen that post-acceptance of your order or upon accepting a replacement request from you, it is found out that the product is out of stock. In these cases, we will not be able to undertake delivery of the product to you and we will issue a full refund into the original mode of payment. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE CONSTITUTE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU. Tropical Vines.in SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY PLANT.
